Privacy policy
The short version: this site doesn't track you. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to put in the intake form, and we use it only to reply to you.
What this site collects automatically
Nothing. This is a static website with:
- No analytics or tracking scripts
- No advertising
- No cookies set by us
- No accounts, logins, or databases
Your web host or browser may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses in server logs), as virtually all web hosting does; we don't use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
The intake form
The project intake form is the one place on this site where you can send us personal information. When you submit it, your answers are delivered by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, to the studio's private inbox. Nothing you type is stored on this website itself.
What the form collects
Only what you enter in the visible fields:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Optionally: company or project name, website URL, project type, scope, goals, audience and voice notes, reference links, deadlines, budget range, how you heard about us, and a phone number if you choose to share one
The form also includes an invisible anti-spam field that real visitors never see or fill in; it exists only to catch automated bots and collects nothing from humans.
How it's processed
Formspree transmits your submission to us and, as the processor, handles it under its own privacy policy, which may include standard technical data such as your IP address for spam filtering. We receive your submission as an email and handle it from there like any correspondence.
How long we keep it
We keep intake submissions only as long as they're useful for responding to you and carrying out any work you hire us for. Submissions that don't lead to a project are deleted in periodic inbox clean-ups rather than archived indefinitely. We don't sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list.
Your drafts and copy
Copy and drafts you share with us for review or editing are treated as confidential. We don't publish client material or client names without permission — which is why the samples on our work page are labeled studio-written demonstrations.
Deletion and privacy requests
If you'd like your past submissions or correspondence deleted — or want to know what we hold about you — send a request through the intake form (a one-line note is enough) or reply to any email you've received from us. We'll confirm once it's removed from our inbox and records.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change — for example, if we ever switch form providers — this page will be updated to say exactly what changed.
